Faux Wine - Melange Rouge

This rouge is dry, light bodied and certainly chillable. Aromas of french oak and iron with some underlying black fruits. Palette shows some sweet plum and black berry. LIghtly tannic with a touch of sour cherry, vanilla and mint. Finished dry.

Serve around 60-65 degrees, refrigerate after opening and enjoy within 3 days.

Serving suggestions are polenta with pork ragu, mushroom risotto, chicken fajitas, pizza and bbq.

Components are water, verjus, cab sauv concentrate, plum, blackberry and black currant and black cherry concentrate,  and natural flavors.
