Our Babylon spritz is a new take on a well known Aperitif but with the familiar bitterness and complexity of this special drink. We used regional ingredients such as tamarind, allspice and hibiscus, put it through a lovingly honed distillation process and created a 0% non-alcoholic take on the classic.

We offer in-store shopping at our 177 Mott Street (at Broome) location in Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood. From our Nolita shop, we also fulfill online orders for in-store pickup.
